Before reducing stress, you should know that stress might be an important part of everyone's life. It's not extra, it belongs to all the people around the world. The only things we need to do is to balance it and our lives and work. It likes a number, if the level of stress stays at a proper range, it usually inspires us to be better and achieve our goals. On the other, if you feel really stressed, it definitely affects both your physical and mental health. In that case, you might be get sick, or less interested in anything. So, the hardest things is to control the amount of stress in our daily life. In fact, this is a skill needed us to learn and practice since we were born. Usually, as we get old, the things we cared a lot before become not that important. We begin to focus on our health and other few things. We don't care about others' opinions about ourselves. The thing must happened have happened, regrets don't work on us. We also don't have more opportunities to set some great goals. Everything becomes peaceful. So, I think that if you want to reduce stress, the best way is to experience more things. You can do it when you are young, you can experience a lot of things as many as an old man did. You can understand the world well like a philosopher. In that case, you are able to avoid being annoyed by stress.
