Today is my birthday. I was happy that everyone celebrated with me. I ate sushi and birthday cake. They were so delicious. The gifts made me really happy too. It was a special day thanks to my family and friends.

I usually eat lunch with my friends. They are very good friends, so I like eating lunch with them!!

I'll turn 20 years old in a few days. So today my family celebrated my birthday! My mother made me dishes I requested and a cake with a lot of fruit on it🎂And my older sister gave me presents for me.There were some cosmetics that I wanted.I was so happy! When I become 20, I want to drink alcohol with my family!!

Do you know the difference between past simple and present perfect? One common challenge for English learners is understanding the difference between the present perfect and the past simple tenses.
