みなさんはどこでコーヒーを飲みますか？私はドイツにいるときはいつも家でコーヒーを飲んでいます。私のイタリア人のパートナーはモカという機械でエスプレッソを淹（い）れています。私は朝はそのエスプレッソにミルクを入れてカフェラテにして飲んでいます。
日本に帰ってきてからは、いつもコンビニでコーヒーを買って飲んでいます。コンビニのコーヒーは一番小さいサイズなら一杯100円で、味もおいしいです。注文方法はレジでお金を払って、カップをもらい、機械にカップをセットしてボタンを押すだけです。私はレジで注文するとき「ホットコーヒーのSサイズをひとつお願いします」と言っています。アイスコーヒーを飲みたいときは冷凍庫に行ってアイスコーヒー専用の氷が入ったカップを取り、レジに持っていきます。私は先日アイスコーヒーを買ったのに、コーヒーを淹れるのを忘れて帰ってしまいました。なのでアイスコーヒーのカップを持ってコンビニにもう一度戻らなければいけませんでした。みなさんもコンビニでコーヒー以外のものも一緒に買うときは気をつけて下さい。
ちなみに日本ではスターバックスのようなカフェも人気ですが、いつもたくさんの人が並んでいて、値段も高いので私はあまり行きません。それにスターバックスのコーヒーは私には苦すぎます。

こんにちは！ななです。今日は2026年5月16日土曜日、天気は晴れです。今日の朝は公園に犬のさんぽをしに行きました。あったかくて、きもちよかったです。
今日のエピソードのテーマは「85さいでも元気なおじいちゃんとおばあちゃん」です。
では、エピソードを聞く前に今日のことばをおぼえましょう。

おととい、おじいちゃんとおばあちゃんに久しぶりに会いました。2人は85さいですがとても元気です。いつもは私がおじいちゃんとおばあちゃんの家に行きますが、今回は2人が私のまちに来てくれました。歩きと電車で、1時間くらいかかります。ふつう、80代の人はこしがいたかったり、でかけるのが大変なことが多いです。なので、2人に聞きました。「長い時間のお出かけは大変じゃないの？何かとくべつなことをしているの？」すると、おばあちゃんは、「出かけるときはいつも歩くよ。タクシーは使わないね」と言いました。他にも健康のひけつを聞くと、2人は夜10時にねて、朝7時に起きます。そして一緒にドラマを見て、それから朝ご飯にゆでた野菜とチーズ、パン、ヨーグルト、ジャムを食べてコーヒーを飲んでいるそうです。朝からたくさん食べていますね。そのあとは2人で趣味の時間です。おじいちゃんはサイクリングとつり、おばあちゃんはふくを作ります。2人ともジムに行ったり、ランニングをしていません。でもこんなに元気なのは、たくさんねること、歩くこと、食べることがりゆうだと思います。2人はなかよしで健康で理想のふうふです。
