こんにちは！Atsushiです。
今日も2つ続けて録っています。

さて、今回は機会があると成長する、について。
最近、発表や応募書類の準備をしていて感じたことについて話します。

この前も少し話しましたが、私は今、日本語教師養成講座、というものを受けています。問題なければ、この9月で終わります。そして、日本語教師の資格が取れます！その為の模擬授業(もぎじゅぎょう)、留学生がいる学校に行って、授業の練習をしました。

それから、別の話ですが、今、アジアの国で日本語教師として働ける仕事を見つけたので、それに応募する為の書類を作り、昨日、出しました。

発表や応募、というような機会があることで、考えをまとめたり、人に聞いて教えてもらったり、期限までに必死に準備をしますね。

私は、これがとても良いことだと思います。
採用、不採用という結果は私にはコントロールできません。
それは相手が決めることですね。

でも、成果、この準備の中で、自分で気づいたことや、身についたことは、自分の中に残りますね。

こういうことを繰り返して、人は成長するんだと思います。

会社にいる時は、結果の方に目がいくことが多かったですが、会社を辞め、人から評価されることがなくなりました(なくなってないけど)人から見られることを気にせず、自分がどうしたいかを大切にできることはとても幸せなことだと思います。


ちょっと話がそれてきましたが、いろいろ挑戦すると、うまくいってもいかなくても、準備したことは自分の中に残るよ、ということです。
