A great idiom for talking about how expensive something is

与敌人对抗，要会用计策，要诡诈。“能”要使敌人以为“不能”，“用”要让敌人以为“不用”。“近”要让敌人以为“远”，“远”要让敌人以为“近”。敌人贪心，就用利诱惑而消灭他；敌人混乱，就抓紧时机立刻消灭他；敌人实力雄厚，就要时刻戒备他；敌人精锐强大，就要注意避开他的优势；敌人易怒，就挑逗他，使他失去理智；敌人谦卑谨慎，就设法使他骄傲起来；敌休整良好，就设法使他劳顿；敌人内部和睦，就离间其关系；在敌人没有准备的情况下进攻；在敌人意想不到的时候出击。这些，是军事家用兵之奥秘，是不可事先规定或说明的。
