今日は午前中仕事が1時間しかなかったので、ほぼ午前休みでした。
というわけで、近所にある広島焼きのお店に歩いて行ってきました！
ここ数日はあまり天気が良くなくて、雨が降りそうで降らない天気が続いています。
空もちょっとどんよりしていますね(´;ω;｀)

私が住んでいる町は大きな大学があるので、価格が安くておいしい、ボリューム満点のメニューがたくさんあるレストランが多いんです。
実は広島焼きのレストランを神奈川で見かけることはあまりないんですが、ここは美味しくて本場の味だということで定評があります。Googleレビューもとても良いです。
家族も大好きなお店でなので、年に数回は必ず行きます。
お持ち帰りもできますよ！

店内で焼いた広島焼きを目の前の鉄板の上にのせてくれます。
そこからヘラを使って切り分けて自分のお皿に盛りつけます。
最後にソース、マヨネーズ、紅ショウガをお好みで好きなだけかけます。
私はソースもマヨネーズも紅ショウガも大好きなのでたくさんかけます。
私は関東の人間なので広島焼きについてあまりうまく説明できないので、広島焼きの特徴を調べてみました。

広島焼きは、関西のお好み焼きのように具と生地を混ぜ合わせてから焼くのとは違い、上に具をのせて層を作っていく「重ね焼き」が特徴だそうです。 具体的には小麦粉の生地を薄くのばし、キャベツや豚肉、焼きそばなどを山盛りにし、薄く焼いた卵などを重ねて蒸し焼きにしたもので、皮が薄くて、キャベツなどの野菜がたっぷりなので、 お好み焼きやもんじゃ焼きと比べても、ヘルシーなんだそうです。

ミニサイズを注文しましたが、キャベツが多めでかなりお腹いっぱいになりました！

その後、少しスーパーに買い物に行きました。
実は前の日も同じスーパーに買い物に行ったのであまり買うものがなかったのでぶらぶらしながら、魚コーナーやお菓子コーナーを見ていました。すると、『買えば買うほど安さがわかります』という面白いフレーズを見かけました。この意味が分かりますか？JLPT N3レベルの文法ですよ！分かった方は是非コメントしてくださいね！

ONE VERB WORTH NOTICING
വിളിക്കുക - vilikkuka - to call. The same verb also means to invite and to summon.

WHY ALMOST EVERY NOUN HERE IS ENGLISH
Phone, mobile, number, message, charge, battery, screen, app, internet, data, wifi, recharge, password, link. Official coinages exist — in textbooks and government documents and nowhere else. That is not decline; it is what any language does when a technology arrives from outside, and Malayalam has always absorbed without embarrassment.

WHAT THE KEYBOARD DID TO THE SCRIPT
Vowel signs attach on both sides of a consonant, and the conjunct clusters are many. None of it fits a keyboard built for 26 letters. In 1971 Kerala adopted a simplified orthography, driven largely by the limits of typewriters: signs were detached and clusters split with a ചന്ദ്രക്കല.
