Я выспалась и чувствую себя хорошо. (I slept well and I feel good.)
Я помню, когда раньше совсем мало спала, (I remember when I used to sleep very little,)
но сейчас я стараюсь спать больше. (but now I try to sleep more.)
Я ещё не знаю, что я буду делать. (I don’t know yet what I will do.)
Скорее всего, я пойду кататься на велосипеде (Most likely, I will go cycling)
и может быть куплю что-нибудь покушать. (and maybe buy something to eat.)
Сейчас утро и на улице очень солнечно. (It’s morning now and it’s very sunny outside.)
Воздух утром тоже очень свежий. (The air in the morning is also very fresh.)
Много людей сейчас едут в лес со своими собаками. (Many people are going to the forest now with their dogs.)
Собаки очень счастливы потому что им нравится бегать в лесу. (The dogs are very happy because they like running in the forest.)

На њиви – Na njivi (A short story for B1 level)

みなさん、こんにちは。
今日は8月17日です。私の誕生日（たんじょうび）です。SNSの利用（りよう）が増（ふ）えてからは、友人（ゆうじん）が誕生日になるとメッセージをくれます。何年（なんねん）も会（あ）っていない友人でも、誕生日のときに連絡をくれるのは、とてもうれしいです。

昨日（きのう）のレッスンで「明日（あした）は、わたしの誕生日なんです」と言（い）ったら、「のぞみ先生、わたしも誕生日です」と。えー、なんて偶然（ぐうぜん）なのと、驚（おどろ）きました。そして、お互（たが）いに「お誕生日おめでとう」っと言ってお祝（いわ）いをしました。

今年（ことし）の誕生日で一番（いちばん）うれしかったことは、主人がサプライズでプレゼントをくれたことです。いつもは、何のプレゼントもなく、おいしそうなケーキを買（か）ってきて、家族（かぞく）で食べるってのが恒例（こうれい）の誕生日なんです。でも今年は、昨日（きのう）急（きゅう）に「誕生日プレゼントあげる」と言って、主人がペンダントをくれました。感動！！女ってというのは、物に弱いのでしょうか。このペンダントひとつで、今までの日々の文句がふっとんでしまいました。なんと「現金なわたし」「単純なわたし」なんでしょうか。
物をもらったから今までのことを許（ゆる）してもいいのでしょうか。いやいや、そうではないです。一応（いちおう）、主人（しゅじん）も私の苦労（くろう）を知っていたから、感謝（かんしゃ）の気持（きも）ちを込（こ）めて買ってくれたのだろうと思います。
いつになっても誕生日プレゼントをもらうのは、うれしいですね。
同じ誕生日の人、おめでとうございます。いい日でありますように。

・恒例（こうれい）：いつもきまって行われること
・現金な人：目の前の利害によってすぐ態度や主張を変えること。

بيعتمد فَن اللامبالاة على فِكْرِة إِنُّو تِقْبَل الحَيَاة بِكِلْشِي فِيهَا مِن تَحَدِيَات وصُعُوبَات والتَرْكِيز عَلَى الأشياء المُمْكِن تَغيِيرْهَا وتَحْسِينْهَا.
بْيُعْتَبَر هَادَا الفَن وَسِيلِة لتَقْوِيِة الصِحَة النَفْسِيِة مِن خِلَال تَقْلِيل الضُغُوطَات الإِجْتِمَاعِيِة والشَخْصِيِة.
كَمَان بِِشَجِع عَلَى فِهْم إِنُو السَعَادِة والرِضَا بيِجُوا مِن جُوَّا ومُو مِن المُحَاوَلَات المُسْتَمِرَة لِتَحْقِيق تَوَقُعَاتْ التَانِيِين.
بيسَاهِم بِبِنَاء شَخْصِيِة قَويِة ومُسْتَقِلِة وقَادْرَة إِنُو تَاخُد قَرَارَات صَحِيحَة.
