　悪魔の楽器、こう呼ばれる楽器があります。どうしてそう呼ばれるんだと思いますか？音が悪魔みたいに怖いから？お金がかかりすぎるから？	答えは、弾くのが難しすぎるからです。
　その楽器は、バンドネオンという楽器です。ドイツで生まれて、アルゼンチンに渡り、アルゼンチンタンゴに欠かせない楽器です。アコーディオンによく似た、このバンドネオン。アコーディオンはピアノのような鍵盤ですが、バンドネオンは蛇腹の左右についたボタンでメロディーを作ります。
　何がそんなに難しいのか、理由は2つあります。
1つ目は、ボタンの位置が、不規則なこと。同じものもありますが、作られた年代や、会社や職人によってボタンの位置がちがいます。
2つ目は、同じボタンを押していても、蛇腹を引く時と押す時で音が変わることです。
　しかも、この楽器、もう作れる職人さんがほとんどいません。買うのも修理するのも大変です。
　ですが、わたしは、バンドネオンの、哀愁と深みがある音色が大好きです。たまに、コンサートがあるときは聞きに行きます。機会があったら、是非聞いてみてくださいね。

Use mirroring - It’s one of the simplest, most invisible, easiest ways to deal with insanely aggressive-assertive people. It builds a connection. You don't have to agree or disagree with people. You can physically match their body language / position and say the magic phrase, which is >>> "It sounds like you have a good reason for saying that."<<< This is an important signal for the other side. When you say that, the other person then feels like they have got your attention. They also really want to be heard as they've thought a lot about what they want to say. It shifts to a collaborative relationship.

🇮🇹 Oggi vi mostro un esempio concreto di cosa significa fare una lezione di conversazione. 
Insieme a me c'è Carlo-Emilio, uno studente di 14 anni di Montreal che impara l'italiano da quando ne aveva 5, ma che ha iniziato il suo percorso online con me tre anni fa, all'età di 11 anni. 

In questa chiacchierata scoprirai come la motivazione possa cambiare radicalmente quando si trova il metodo giusto. 

Carlo-Emilio ci racconta il passaggio fondamentale da quando era il papà a "spingerlo" a fare lezione, ad oggi, in cui è lui stesso a chiedere di praticare l'italiano nel weekend, o durante la settimana!
