You describe the characteristics of the dish, and I'll guess the name of the dish.This dish has eggs and tomatoes. Some people like to eat sweet ones, while others like to eat salty ones. What kind of dish is this? Answer: Scrambled eggs with tomatoes. Did you guess right?

はい、この”では”、いつ使いますか。 えー、これは
・日本”で”なかなか馬を見ることができません。

と言ってもオッケーです。うん、とても自然（しぜん）です。It sounds natural for Japanese.
はい、えー、でこの”では” ですが、「サントスさん、 あなたの国で見られるかもしれませんが、日本ではなかなか見ることができません」.「 他（ほか）の国で見られるかもしれませんが、日本ではなかなか見ることができません」。うん、こういう時に使います。
くらべている時ですね。（くらべます：compare）の時に使います。 
はい、で、もう一度（いちど）言いますが、
・日本でなかなか馬を見ることができません。

と言ってもオッケーです。うん、You don‘t need to be afraid to make a mistake.　ですよ。
はい。じゃあ、みなさん、えー、下のフォーマットを使って3つ文を作ってください。これ、あなたの国を主語(しゅご）subjectにして、文を作ってください。
① では　ことができます。
② では　ことができません。
③ では　なかなか～ことができません。

たとえば
・日本では、すもうを見ることができます。
