I am sick of sitting in front of my computer all day long working, because a sedentary lifestyle can cause many physical and mental health issues. Therefore, today I figured out a way in which I could work on my laptop but didnā€™t have to sit at the desk. I put a folding laptop bed table on my desk, and then placed my computer on the little bed table, so that I could literally stand in front of my computer and work at the same time. I even did some exercise moves when I was reading or watching videos on my computer and didnā€™t need to type, like lifting dumbbells and squats. By standing not sitting, I felt more comfortable after a long day.

Therefore, today, I figured out a way to work on my laptop without sitting. So, instead of putting my computer directly on the desk, I put a folding laptop bed table on the desk and then placed my computer on it. In this way, I could stand in front of my computer and work at the same time. I even did some exercise moves while I was reading or watching videos. I lifted my dumbbells and performed my squats. By standing and not sitting, I felt more comfortable at the end of the long day.
I'm going to try this!! I've seen these folding tables but as adjuncts to desks not for beds. Perhaps they are the same thing?
