Aug 2, 2021, Resuming my workout habits in the gym
Today, after an interval of months, I returned to the gym and worked out there for one hour. First, I ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes to warm up. Second, I stretched my body, which helped to raise my flexibility and reduce the potential sports injuries. Third, I went to the sit-up bench and decreased the angle, because I haven't exercised for a while, then I did 4 sets of 10 reps(Am I correct? I meant I did 10 reps for each set, and I completed 4 sets, that's 40 reps in total) of crunches. Following every set of crunches, I performed a set of reverse crunches, which was 20 reps. So, in the meanwhile, I finished 4 sets of 10 reps of reverse crunches along with crunch exercise. Then I did 4 sets of 10 reps of side bends for each side of my body on the Roman chair. At last, I put a bench under a Smith machine and did 4 sets of 10 reps of bench presses. I felt great after the workout.
