The first thing I want to say is that my English is quite bad so I might make some mistakes in my writing, please check and fix them. Thank you!
As we know, speaking an international language fluently not only shows your intelligence or your communication skills but also gives you a key to finding more opportunities for yourself. And these are some main reasons why I decided to learn a new language, English.
Firstly, English is a compulsory subject at school in my country, so I try to learn it well to get good marks. Secondly, having excellent English skills makes me feel proud of myself very much; Of course, why can't we be proud of studying well or something like that, right? Moreover, not only am I proud of myself, but so are my parents; they were elected when they saw that I am conscious of self-study and get a good results because of that effort. Finally, as I said at the beginning of the post, speaking English fluently can help you have more opportunities to study or find jobs. For example, I can get a scholarship to study abroad by having excellent English skills or get a job in an international company in my country with a high salary.
In conclusion, English is an important language in my life because it helps me a lot both now and in the future. How about you? Why are you learning a new language? Thanks for reading!
