It suddenly started to rain during going home. The pouring rain tired me, as i arrived home. I need to be relax in my room.
Not that I hate rain very much, just hate high humidity from the rain.

"going" is a verb but you already have a verb. You may use "my journey home" as in "It suddenly started to rain during my journey home" or, more naturally, "It suddenly started raining on my way home".
Try the phrase "tired me out".
"I need to relax in my room" - You don't say "I need to be running" you just say "I need to run".
"the high humidity" - You need "the", don't ask me why.

I agree with everything Joey said! You can also write “while I was going home” if you want to keep the verb “going”. This structure can be used with most verbs:
- I drank tea while I was watching the movie
- While I was reading that book, my friend sent me a text
