1) 됐어요 << 되(다) + 었 + 어요 되다 itself means "to become". But here 되다 is a suffix which makes a noun into a passive verb 었 : past tense infix 어요 : honorific ending suffix e.g. 준비되다 means "to be prepared" << 준비(preparation) + 되다 기대되다 means "to be expected" << 기대 + 되다 예상되다 means "to be predicted" << 예상 + 되다 For 하다 and 되다, refer to https://www.italki.com/question/451462 2) 만나서 << 만나(다) + 아/어서 만나다 : to meet 아/어서 : connecting particle which connects two verbs. (and so) For more detail, refer to https://www.italki.com/question/373699 반가워요 << 반갑(다) + 어요 반갑다 : (adjective) be happy, glad

1) '됐어요?' means 'Are you done?' or 'Is it done?' in my perspective, and it's definitely a verb. 2) '-서' means 'Due to', 'Because', 'Because of', 'Since' in many ways. For example, you could say like "부족해서 못했어" for "Due to shortage, I(or whoever it be) couldn't". However, it would be much easier to understand it if you just take 'to' in your example as '-서'.
