Tutor della CommunityIn Venezuela we eat Arepas or Empanadas for our breakfast. Both meals are made from corn flour.
Arepas are a kind of "corn bread" that we open up and fill with different content:
Cheese, ham, vegetables, eggs, meat, chicken, fish, ect, and of course, we also add butter to it before filling it up.
Empanadas are a little bit different: empanadas wrap the filling and are fried in a pan.
We accompany our breakfasts with coffee, juices or both. Tea and chocolate may be drank too, but, this is less common.
