Managing stress is very important and can be challenging sometimes. I will share my experience regarding how I reduce stress and get rid of it. To start, stress can be reduced by exercising. Many studies have shown that exercise is very beneficial for reducing stress. I try it every time I feel stressed from work; I go jogging on the sea promenade, and after a while, I notice a difference in my stress levels. Moreover, it is important to reconnect with nature to relieve stress. Practicing hobbies such as painting, playing music, or reading are other effective ways to reduce stress.
