The Clock Action

Let's suppose it's fifteen to 2 pm, and we see the clock pointers going to a position the indicates 2 pm at sharp. In this case, when some hour is about to be, we say that is [...] 2 o'clock. But [...]? What do we say?

PS.: I hope you can understand me.

"Take on me" x "Take me on" What's the difference in their meanings? Is there any? And what exactly do they mean?

When to use 'either... or...' and 'whether... or...'? And what's the difference between them? I've also seen phrases like this: 'In a fancy restaurant, EITHER side of your place setting there are different knives and forks for the different courses of your meal.', which contains the word EITHER meaning 'both'. It really gets me confused. Phrases saying: 'WHETHER this or WHETHER that...' are common too, and, until I know, I probably can substitute 'whether' for 'either'. It's hard. Please, help me. Thanks in advice!

First notebook entry: Introducing myself I'm learning english, because I want to communicate with the whole world. I work in Brazil and I'm interested on make friends from wherever they are. My native language is Portuguese, the which one we speak here in Brazil. I enjoy listen to music, specially rock, and one hobby in specifc, with which I can use in my work, is to talk in public. I really love it!
