I was going to the gym for a few last year (from 2016 to 2020) . I was working out in a group. There were only women. Since the gym are closed , keeping good shape became more difficult than I thought. Point one : eat less and find interesting way to move on e.g. use the out gym in the park , ride a bike, go for a walk. I work out at home by youtube. There is Monika Kołakowska and I work with. She is the fitnesstrainer . The most important thing is eat less . 🥯🥧🧀🍕🌭/🍎🍅🥦🥒🥗.

My opinion is that running is a great way how to stay fit without need of any equipment. You can relax, put your body into shape and also spend some time in nature or at your favourite place.

Hay otras formas de ejercicio fuera del gimnasio. Correr y nadar son buenos ejercicios. También hay ejercicios de peso corpral que se puede hacer como lagartijas.

Staying fit is possible without going to a gym.It can be established by eating healthy food and doing daily exercises at home or in the nature like running and aerobics.

On peut faire des course à pied et se promener au parc, jouer avec les enfants, on peux faire du vélo.

Yo hago ejercicio de yoga cada día, intento evitar carne en mi dieta y a veces camino en las tardes. Pero necesito tener más dormír suficientemente y prácticar más ejercicios
