I am a good language partner who can make you improve a little bit every day. 从2020年开始我在italki上成为一个中文tutor，我积累了一些英语教学的经验。我的学生主要是成年人，他们的学习目的不是为了考试，而是纯粹地想掌握中文这门语言，并应用在日常的生活之中。我的学生中也有七岁的孩子。所以，我能够准确地分辨出我的学生的中文水平，并能够找出适当的学习方法。我从每一个学生的学习经历中积累了很多如何快速提高学生学习效率的经验。 我还在教学经验的基础上，根据学生的实际水平定做了一些教案。对于每个严肃的学者，我会为我的学生建立一个学习的档案。让学生能够感到到学习的过程和看到自己的进步速度。 我经常建议我的学生去尝试一些新的方法，但是我不会强制学生去做，因为每个学生学习的目的和学习的方法不一样。我相信一个人在最轻松的状态下的学习是最有效率的。我所做的就是提供给我的学生以更多的选择。这样做的另外一个好处是，帮助我的学生找到学习中的盲点。有过语言学习经历的人往往会有这样的体会：很多的东西只是不知道而已，其实并不难。所以我很喜欢找出我的学生的“不知道”的东西，这并不是让他们难堪，相反，这有助于让他们快速地建立起对中文的全面了解。 如果可能，我会和我的学生去讨论一些深刻的问题，这样有助于快速地建立起中文思维。一个事实是：一个语言学习者不可能遍历所有的语言应用场景，也不可能掌握素有的语言词汇，母语使用者也不例外。另外一个事实是：语言是动态的，不是静态的。新的词汇和新的意思不断产生。重要的是简历起一种新的语言思维模式，而不是尝试去掌握关于这门语言的所有。

Later on when I was traveling abroad, I always encountered people who were interested in learning Chinese. I’ve also completed an off-line Chinese teacher training program, which was more based on organising lessons according to the HSK books. My preferable age of leaners is 16+.
