MY FIRST TIME! :O!
Hi! My name is Scarlet, I am 21 years old, it's my first time writing here and I hope someone would help me. I am a student of Gastronomy, I am in my last/final semester at the Institute and one of my final exam will be in English, I am so nervous because I need to practice a lot. Also I would travel to many countries and know new cultures, traditions and have new experiences for the rest in my life.

Last month, an Australian tourist came to talk with me on the street about my country (Brazil) and other things. I was very nervous and ashamed because I don't speak English very well. I could understand most part of the conversation, but I couldn't say what I wanted to say to him and this made me more nervous and ashamed. So, I got very frustrated with that.
Note : A Shameful talk sounds very inappropriate as a title . I would suggest "An embarrassing moment or frustrated conversation "

When I think about the future, immediately I think about myself and about who I want to become some years later. Obviously I want to be a successful woman. And in this moment, I ask myself what success is.
On one hand, many people could say that success is to be famous and rich. On the other hand, some people could think success is to have a good job and a beautiful family and friends.
Although, I believe success goes further. Sometimes we have all the things we wanted to have but we are sad and empty.
From my point of view, to be successful is to be happy with who you are and what you have. Even if you don’t have anything. Being successful is about doing things with your abilities to help people and make them happy too. So, when I think about my future, I think about leaving a mark on humanity and teach people that being friendly, caring, humble, honest and helping others, they could be successful.Note : Please try to keep your sentences short. Personally, I would never get into verbal combat with an abusive person. The best way to deal with this situation is to ignore. Again, it also depends on the context of your conversation. Generally, verbal abuse comes out of frustration.So if you can address it well, go ahead and do that. If not, then just ignore.

Seriously, we all realize the importance of vegetables in our diet. It is a must. But one must not forget the contribution of a Non-Veggie's. We need both to maintain ecological balance.
