. Hi everyone I glad to talk about my plans in the weekend ,every one of us have to plan how to spend his time to get more advantage from it ,for me I am planning to visit holly shrine far from my home 100 km and I will visit some tourist places near of it ,I asked from my family to prepare food to take it with us ,I think we will be happy when we eat ,drink and breathe pure air ,that very necessary to reclaim health and comfort to start work in new week.

First of all hi every one ,I would like speak about my daily routine I wake up at 5.30 then take a shower or washing my face and hands to pray and read some Quran and then I have breakfast usually includes the eggs and cream with tea .take my kids to their school and then go to m work. at 2.00 I come back to my house I find my kids came back from their school with their mother .we all prepare food of lunch and after finish our lunch I help my kids in their homework, at afternoon usually I walk fo one hour in around or I visit some friends.at evening I watch TV or use social media for several hours before going to sleep
