    It's actually more about the reaction to Stress so what is really important isn't the stress itself but the reaction to it as any human being we all stress I mean it's normal about me first I would calm my self down and give my self a space to think and make wise decisions I do that by forgetting or let's say ignoring what is around me for a little instant picking up all the information that would help me make an instant plan share it with the concerned ones fix what needs to be fixed and work on it . Ps : this is may be not the perfect answer but this what crossed my mind 🤷🏼‍♀️ thank you .

    في السنة الماضية سافر علاء إلى السويد للزيارة. كانت المرة الاولى التي يزور فيها بلد إسكندنافي استقل الطائرة إلى مطار كوبنهاجن في الدنمارك حيث استقل القطار الذي يذهب إلى جنوب السويد. من نافذة القطار رأى علاء البحر في مضيق أوريسند بين البلدين عندما مر القطار على جسر أوريسند الطويل. وصل بسرعة إلى مدينة مالمو أكبر ثالث مدينة في السويد. نزل من القطار في المحطة المركزية وهناك أكل شطيرة في دكان صغير جدا اسمه سابوي فقد كان جائعا . خرج من محطة القطار وذهب إلى ساحة كبيرة اسمها ستورتوريت وثم إلى ميدان الملك جوستاف ادولف في وسط المدينة. بعد ذلك ركب حافلة إلى حي فاسترا هامنن حيث يوجد البرج الأبيض إسمه تورنن تورسو. أحب كثيرا (خطة if you mean line خط) العمارات الحديثة والتنزه بمحاذاة الشاطىء
