midnight, I decided to reduce my time on social media and my phone in general. I felt nauseous while scrolling reels and watching stories of people whom I don't care for. They show their details, thoughts and their style of life. I read hundreds of comments of people who I don't know but I put myself by my will under their subconcious effect of their attitudes and modes. Furthuermore, I know that everything on social media belong to various types of people whether considering their origions, ages, styles of life, backgrounds. Why should I watch them if I most of time cretisize them. Why I watch them if I think, like a lot of people do, that they act more than they shoot a spontinous moments. I stopped watching and I hope to continue this ban to rest my mind, vacuum my thoughs, filtter my ideas, increase my focus on me than wasting energy on knowing issues I might not know about or disturbe myself with them. In addition to the people on social media, We are being exploited by pages that continue advetising to clothes, home stuff and a lot of things that they would not cross my mind without these adverts. We started feeling of an endless hunger to buying these needs and unneeds. We feel that our incomes no more enough to apply our monthly requirments. We entered ourselves into crises and get our minds troubled the whole time. Ok., I shouldn't rush to say that I stopped using social media while I have just checked instagram but I only checked the inbox for the daily videos I receive from family and friends. I also let myself listening to medetations, motivation lectures and self_development on Youtube. I want to listen more than watching. ☐

The soup is too bland . We are gonna stew chicken today to pamper ourselves for working so hard this week. Weekend is a united day for our family. We cherish it so much

Dear native speakers or people knowing English fluently. Please explain to me if there any difference in the use two words: deeply and profoundly? Perhaps the first word is more informal and the second is more formal?
