Have you still remembered the last time you were sweating after exercising? How did it feel? How long didn't you do some exercise? Why did you do some exercises? As for me, I haven't done phusical exercise for over two weeks. The last physical exercise was a walk around a park. I walked really fast on sonw with warm sunshine. Quilcky, I didn't feel cold anymore, then I was sweating a lot. I felt relaxed and all the bad moods disappeared. That reminded me of the time when I was A student. At that time, I regularly did exercise every day that kept me strong and energetic to finish school. I definitely knew the benefits of doing exercise. It boosted my blood flow and helped me stay awake all the day. It also gave me a great appetite that provided enough nutrition for me. However, everything changed later. I can't squeeze enough time for aexercising. So, I always have a feeling of being sick. In fact, I am healthy, but sitting too much. So, at the beginning of 2026, I really want to change my life style. Doing physical exercise will be an important part of my life.
