The influence of social media and digital support on our life and health : Since the appearance of social media and smartphones, habits and way of life of people have changed drastically. Most people now tend to have a sedentary lifestyle due to multiple factors like overworking, watching TV and sticking to smartphones. These new trends may lead to physical and mental health issues such as loneliness , insomnia and overweight. As a result people drop up going to the gym or doing physical activities like jogging even more we can order our groceries online and get delivered at home. However, there are some good practices to adopt to avoid namely limiting time spending on social media and smartphones, reading before going bed and walking for 30 minutes every day instead of watching TV.
