What is a toxic grandmother? My late step-grandpa (my grandma’s third husband) said to my mother that he regretted marrying my grandma and almost wanted to divorce her. Is it common to go where you want by yourself in your country? I've heard that eating alone is considered a lonely person in some countries I go to eat lunch or go shopping by myself when I feel tired. I also like to spend with my friends. But sometimes I want to be alone, then I go to anywhere ( it's depends on a place actually ) by myself. I think it's normal thing and nobody care in Japan. This culture called おひとりさま文化.
