What’s the most effective way to help learners internalise the use of the subjunctive in both formal and informal contexts?

I started another book last week. The book was quite confusing, the prose was too poetic and I couldn’t really understand it. An acquaintance told me that it was like that at first and later the brain would adjust to the style. Therefore, earlier, I continued reading slowly this time; it becomes easier and the poetic lines gives off vivid mental images. The main character is now sick, he saw something horrendous, and couldn’t stop thinking about it. He has started pondering, he’s doubting his reality, his already extinguished fire is slowly reigniting. Suddenly his boss appeared, and saw that light on his eyes, he knew what was happening as he has gone through the same process. After some pause, he is telling him the origin of everything. As the meaning behind of the book's title was starting to reveal itself… someone frenetically started ringing my home bell. My delivery arrived.

Recently, influenza has been spreading in Japan..!, and one of the my little sister also got infected influenza. Because of this, I really want to avoid infect it. To take care of my health, I eat yogurt which flover is strawberry every day and drink beverages that help support the immune system. I heard that keeping my immunity strong is important, especially during winter season. I am also trying to sleep as much as possible so that my body can stay rested and recover from any tired. By doing these things, I hope I can protect myself from the flu and stay healthy😭 also, lately I often practice to talk with ChatGPT in English! This is very useful because when I do not know meaning of any words, it teaches me meaning of words politely. I usually practice speaking English with ChatGPT while I am taking a bath. I still cannot speak very well, but I believe that improving a little every day is important. Studying for the TOEIC is the same thing! so I try to do study for TOEIC even if it is only for a short time. Even when I am busy with my part time job and university, I can use small moments, like on the train my house to school and from school to my house to study. I want to keep studying step by step.
