Hi, it’s been a while. I really want to travel abroad recently. The place I want to visit the most is Northern Europe, especially Finland. I want to go there because the city is stylish, and there are many cute shops. Also, the atmosphere is peaceful and close to nature, which I really like. Finland is also known as the country where Santa Clause lives. In winter, you can meet him there! Since Christmas is my favorite event of the year, I want to visit there and see him. It is one of my dream rest of my life. To make this dream come true, I’m working hard at my part time job now. Hi everyone 🌼 I’d love to get your advice on improving my speaking flow and pronunciation. My English is at an upper-intermediate level, I can hold a conversation quite well, but my pronunciation still sounds a bit “Frenglish” (a mix between French and English accent 😅). Recently, I gave the closing remarks at an international symposium. It went well, but I realized that my speaking sounded like I was reading from a paper, even though I was really engaged and passionate about what I was saying.
