面对996或者007的高压工作、高额的房价、微薄的薪水以及难以跨越的社会阶层生活，新一代的部分年轻人感觉非常辛苦，所以选择了另一种生活态度，面对激烈的竞争不再拼命地奋斗并且降低自己的物质欲望。在我看来，躺平也可能是一种新的生活哲学，适当地躺平，有助于年轻人缓解压力和排解不良的情绪。过度地躺平可能会阻止自己或者社会的发展和进步

Properly躺平 can help young people relieve stress and relieve bad emotions. 躺平 excessively may prevent the development and progress of oneself or society
