她是廣東人。以前我在她家學中文。她會廣東話，普通話，越南話和一點英文。她以前沒上過大學，中學畢業了後就開始找工作了。現在她６０多歲了。雖然她年齡已經那麼大了，但是心裡還很年輕人老心不老。她一邊教中文，給一邊教小朋友們越南語，還一邊做菜（賣）。她會做月餅，每次中秋節，她都做很多月餅，然後拿去賣。很多人跟她買了，我也買了兩個。她是個的性格很幽默的人，跟她說話很愉快。

我的老師是個有經歷非常豐富的人，所以有什麼東西都知道，我經常問問請教她。我常常問她怎麼做菜，怎麼買東西又便宜又好吃的東西，買了以後怎麼好地保管。老師對人很好，她買了什麼便宜的東西，經常跟鄰居或跟我分享。

在她的家，我是最大的學生，其他都是小朋友，大概從６歲到１１歲左右，他們大部分是華人。有人學中文，有人學越南語，或者數學，老師都教。她的教學方法很傳統，如果孩子不聽話，首先是用勸的他話，再不聽的話就用罵的然後罵他，最後用打的他。哈哈，這教室經常很可熱鬧呢了，有哭的聲音，有讀書的聲音，當她做菜時還有噝噝聲的聲音，也有買賣水果的人的聲音。

總而言之，我很佩服我的老師。在她家學中文給我留下了美好的回憶。雖然我現在不在那裡學了，但是我有時間就會經常到她家玩。昨天我帶她去AEON Mall 逛街和吃東西了。這次我買了一本中文書。然後我們回家看並且討論這本中文書。然後我送她回家了。哦，她還給了我紅包。我覺得很開心，我這麼大了，還給我紅包。 :P老師很真大方啊。 :P我覺得很幸運能夠成為她的學生。

不是只有地球而已 not only the earth.

we usually put the 而已 after 只 ... (actually both 只 and 而已 mean only)

 

或者 generally mean "or". to say "perhaps" u can use 或许

but in the second sentence : 或者/或许他们的技术比人类高, you can use both of them according to the word you want to say (because of you have say "perhaps" in the first sentence):

或者他们的技术比人类高 or they have the higher technology than human

或许他们的技术比人类高 perhaps they have the higher technology than human

 

if you want to say "although", we generally use 虽然, or 尽管. not 但是 (but).

 

for the last sentence, 或许也有生命。it's right already, but it will be better if you say 但是也可能有生命存在。we use 但是 because of what we want to say next is contra with the 地理条件非常严峻.

可能 (may be, probably) has the similiar meaning with 或许。

 

存在 exist.

 

 

I think that you want to say "the red car", so you should say "红色的车“
