As the price of gas repidly increases in March, people who have a gas-powered car go to the gas stations more frequently than usual. The empty wallent often reminds them to save extra money for their cars that makes them feel anxious. To the contrary, the owners of electric cars never care about the price of gas. They still drive their cars to the charger stations after their cars run out of electricity. Recently, A famous Chinese electric cars manufacturer released many kinds of new electric cras which can run over 1000 lilometres without charging. None of gas-powered cars cen reach that record due to the size of their tanks. The more exciting thing is that an electric car can be fully charged within 9 minutes. This is a new era, anything can be replaced by a new alternative which is more effective and more convenient. This reminds me of the phones not very long time ago. When I read E-books online with the 2G internet, I didn't predict that I could watch videos with 5G internet soon. Everything was changed all of a sudden. Maybe someone is just showing off their new smart phone, but it might look like a brick in the near future. Something happened in movies have been coming true in reality.

✨ Present Simple vs. Present Perfect — Stop Mixing Them Up! One of the biggest grammar challenges for English learners isn’t memorizing the rules—it’s knowing which tense fits the situation. 📌 Present Simple → habits, routines, facts, and general truths. * I work from home. * She drinks coffee every morning. 📌 Present Perfect → experiences, recent actions, or actions that started in the past and continue now. * I have worked here for five years. * She has already finished her report. ⚠️ Common mistakes: ❌ I have been to Japan last year. ✅ I went to Japan last year. ❌ I know her since 2020. ✅ I have known her since 2020. ❌ He has breakfast every day. ✅ He has breakfast every day. (Present Simple) ✅ He has just had breakfast. (Present Perfect) Grammar becomes much easier when you learn it through real-life situations, not just textbook rules. That’s exactly how I teach on italki. My lessons focus on: 🌱 Situational grammar that you can actually use 🗣️ Lots of conversation and speaking practice 🎭 Real-life scenarios instead of repetitive grammar drills 💡 Practical corrections and natural expressions to help you sound more fluent and confident. Because grammar shouldn’t be boring—it should help you communicate naturally.
