It’s a beautiful sunny Sunday today.💃🏽💃🏽 In Nigeria 🇳🇬 my home country, it’s almost a ritual to cook rice on Sundays😁😁. In fact, rice is usually eaten at nearly all events. Rice is a staple food in my country and can be prepared in several ways: white rice with stew/soup, fried rice, coconut rice, Jollof rice, etc.😁 My most favorite is “Jollof rice” as seen in the photographs below.😊 I am a foodie (I love food)!💃🏽😁 I LOVE Jollof rice and I will recommend you try it out at home or if you ever visit Nigeria.🙂 1.
