That's not easy thing to do Wilhelmina. Most native speakers of English can't do that. It usually takes lots of years studying in a good university. I suggest you concentrate on becoming completely fluent before even thinking of taking on that challenge.

I do agree with Dorothy on this point, many English native speakers themselves, would find it quite of a struggle to write academically let alone a non-native speaker of the language, I would definitely suggest you to reprioritize your goals, work on improving your fluency first, then keep moving onward from that point.
