Do you want free language exchange OR help from a tutor or teacher? If you want free language exchange you can go to the community message board and look for a language partner that way. Post a message stating where you're from and your target language and that you're looking for free language exchange/language exchange partner. If you're wanting help from a tutor or teacher you should watch their intro video and read their tutor profile. Also a good idea is to make sure your profile is accurate. Make sure it mentions your learning language and where you're from/living. I think when people first join the site they may just select the default settings for their profile but if you're looking for a tutor or teacher sometimes that tutor or teacher will want to know more about you (where you're from/your language that you're learning).
