Even if I hated to wear uniform when I was in my high school, objectively speaking I think the advantages of wearing a school uniform outweigh the disadvantages. Because by wearing a uniform, students can focus more on their study and avoid wasting time on trying to be special through dressing up. This will also reduce the behavior of comparison among classmates, which can protect those poor students' self-esteem. The only bad thing I can think of is some people may think this will kill the creativity of students, because wearing what is also one way to show who you are. I will support school to have a uniform if I was a parent someday.

As the children who were born after 2015 grow up, we are suprised to find that most of them don't have a clean realization about money. They grew up in a cashless society which didn't give them a chance to understand the number printed on bills. In my childhood, our parents received some bills as their salary every month. Each of these speical paper represented that our parents had worked hard in the month. The money exchanged by their sweat. We spent these money carefully to maintain our family went well. However, children who live in cashless society just know that they can buy anything by scanning a QR code on their phone. They don't know what the number on their phones represent. They even think that a smart phone can make money whatever they want. The relationship between money and sweat bocmes unequal. So, I am concerned about these children's attitude about money. Sooner or later, they will be adults and begin to make money to support family. An old Chinese saying that goes: frugalness is the base of keep a family thriving!

I recently ate takoyaki, a Japanese popular hot snack, for dinner. It is a small ball-shaped fries with diced octopus, and very easy to make. It is a common sight in Japan that friends or family members have a takoyaki party at home. That night, my parents and I cooked and ate 32 balls of takoyaki while talking and watching TV. Why do I remember the exact number of 32? Because our hot plate for takoyaki cooking has 16 holes on it, and we did two rounds.

Do you do what you love to do for a living? The reason why you don't succeed yet is probably that you didn't find what you love to do or though you already found it, you are not brave enough to do that. Recently, I heard an old person insist that young people have to find out what they love to do at all costs. The person said that if we find it, we will succeed like a flash. Because we are not tired of doing that and can stay up all night doing that in happiness. Do you agree with this person?

2024/6/14 Recently, I catched COVID19 for the first time in my life. I had a sore throat and lost energy. However, my fever had gone down soon. It could have been worse.
