It was sunny today. Since it was Dad’s first day at the gym, Mom had asked me to look after him. I explained how to use the treadmills and the access control system. As I expected, he didn’t last long on the treadmill. I usually go for sets of a quarter-hour at five miles per hour, but that seemed too challenging for him. He had to start easy first. I hope he can catch up quickly and do more than just walk on it. Anyway, it was a great start!

It's really important to protect our environment because it can impact not only our health but also it ruins the nature of beauty. In order to protect the environment, firstly, we should stop using plastic and try to use the items that are environmentally friendly. For instance when we go shopping, we should use tote bags instead of using plastic. We can't cut back on using plastic immediately but we can reduce using them. Secondly, when we throw trash we need to throw it systematically. It would be best if we recycle the trash instead of burning it. Otherwise, we had better plant trees so that we can eliminate air pollution. To sum it up, I'd say that if we do these kinds of things the world will be a better place not only for us but also for our next generations.
