Today was sweltering – the scorching heat really took its toll. No wonder it’s called summer break! I didn't even consider going out and spent the day on my laptop, where I stumbled across some amazing artwork. Instantly drawn to it, I begged Dad to buy a few pieces (which he did! coz he likes these even more than I do). We decided to print them out for the living room, though the cost gave us pause – printing large pieces in photographic quality is very much costly! After careful deliberation, I settled on a few drawings featuring castles, jumbo jets, cityscapes, and more. As for Dad, he picked a fishing trawler and galleons, convinced his ancestors were fishmongers (that’s unconfirmed). Later, we ordered frames online and plan to rotate the display regularly. Hopefully, I'll pick up a thing or two about art along the way – I'm really excited about that!

Nobody wants to feel still tired after getting up in the morning, but many have definitely suffered from this annoying condition. They tried many ways to improve their sleep quality,but failed. I have ever had the same experience which caused I was hard to focus on work and other things. Then my family and friends gave me many tips to improve sleep quality, but none of them worked. Later, I slowly understood the real reason which made me exhausted throughout a whole day. It's the stress from the goals I had set for my life which beyonded my ablities. Much desires is the origin of stress. So, I began to lower my goals in my life. I only tried to achieve these goals which could help me grow. I learned a lot from the process of achieving these goals. I was full of energy to do everything well. A good sleep quality came again.
