As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
Step 1: listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.
Step 2: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
Step 3: listen one more time, repeat after it.
Step 4: practice until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

wǒ jiā fù jìn hěn fāng biàn 。
My neighborhood is very convenient.
地铁站在我家对面。
dì tiě zhàn zài wǒ jiā duì miàn 。
The subway station is across from my house.
左边有超市和酒吧，右边有银行和体育馆。
zuǒ bian yǒu chāo shì hé jiǔ bā ， yòu bian yǒu yín háng hé tǐ yù guǎn 。
There is a supermarket and a bar on the left, and a bank and a gym on the right.

Go straight right out of the community and turn left at the first traffic light.

Tenía una máquina amarilla que parecía un sol.

Detrás sólo llevaba tres vagones de color rojo, como las

En la máquina, el conductor tocaba una campana muy
brillante. La campana sonaba muy fuerte haciendo TILÍN,
TILÍN.

El trenecito corría muy poco, porque le gustaba ir
viendo el paisaje que había junto a las vías.

El conductor se asomaba a la ventana de la máquina
amarilla.

El conductor se pasaba el día saludando a las casas y
a las granjas por las que pasaba, y también saludaba a las
vacas y a los corderos.

Era un tren pequeño pero muy simpático.

今天想和大家聊一聊【吃辣】的话题。
在中国，有一些地区的人有吃辣的习惯。近日有一项关于吃辣与肿瘤风险相关的研究，我们一起来看看研究的结果是什么吧。
近日一项纳入约51万中国居民、平均随访10.8年的最新研究表明，吃辣或与唇、口腔及咽部的恶性肿瘤风险降低有关。该研究由北京大学公共卫生学院、中国医学科学院、牛津大学的研究团队联合完成。研究发表于《中华流行病学》杂志，研究显示，与从不吃或者偶尔吃辣的人相比，每天吃辣的人罹患唇、口腔及咽部的恶性肿瘤风险降低31%。其中偏好中等辣度的人上述肿瘤的风险最低。相比于从不或偶尔摄入辣食的人群可降低33%的风险。
主持人：那么常吃辣真的能够帮助抵抗口咽部的肿瘤吗？生活中我们又该如何科学吃辣呢？好接下来我们连线在线专家团的左小霞医生为大家解读一下。您好，左医生，很高兴又和您见面了。您能不能帮我们解读一下或者试着分析一下，因为我们觉得吃辣可能更多的是感受一种对口腔的刺激，是一种火辣辣的那种稍微有点灼痛灼烧的那种感觉，那为什么能够让它得肿瘤的这种几率会下降呢？是说我们的适应性更强了吗？会从这个方面来解读吗？
左医生：有研究呢显示分析可能是这个原因，就是说你的辣椒里边之所以辣，是因为它有辣椒素，辣椒素可以激活我们身体的很多的一个蛋白，能够诱导细胞的凋亡。它的这个原理是什么呢？通过抑制细胞周期的调节因子来使这个细胞分裂它的分裂啊、灭亡这个增加，然后可能就是阻止了这个细胞的进一步的加强癌症的这个运动。所以我是觉得可能是抑制它的细胞调节因子的周期，把你这个周期、你的生长分类给你破坏了，阻止了癌症的进一步的恶化。应该是这个道理，所以说可能还是辣椒素干扰了我们癌细胞的一个代谢。
