I started reading this book by James Clear. My friend recommended this book to me and I would sincerely recommend it to anyone who is looking forward to add good habits in their life.
Success in life is usually not overnight. I hope that this book helps you guys. I will share some valuable lessons in this podcast as I go through the chapters.

Attraverso la storia di Aldo, Vanda e dei figli Sandro e Anna, scopriamo come gesti quotidiani, come allacciare le scarpe, possano racchiudere emozioni profonde, responsabilità e memoria affettiva.

Durante l’episodio esploriamo anche parole, modi di dire e lessico italiano utili per studenti:

Seguire le orme di qualcuno → imitare il percorso o l’esempio di qualcun altro.
Allacciare / riallacciare → sia letterale (scarpe) che figurato (legami, rapporti).
Arraffare tutto → prendere tutto con avidità, senza pensare agli altri.
Lasciare le briciole → lasciare pochissimo, quasi nulla.
Torturarsi reciprocamente → soffrire insieme in maniera dolorosa, spesso riferito a conflitti familiari.
Sciogliere i nodi → liberarsi da vincoli o problemi del passato.

Riflettiamo insieme su come gesti piccoli e quotidiani possano raccontare storie di affetto, distanza e responsabilità, e su come la lingua italiana esprima queste sfumature attraverso verbi, immagini e modi di dire.

Antes de comenzar la lectura.

Me llamo Andres gonzalez, tengo diecinueve años. Nací en Bogota, pero vivo en Medellin. Soy estudiante de primer curso de Periodismo.

De lunes a viernes me levanto a las siete y media, desayuno y camino hasta la universidad. Entro en clase a las nueve y salgo a la una.

Al medio día como la comida en mi casa y veo la televisión. Por la tarde, estudio hasta las siete y después quedo con mis amigos.

A nosotros nos gusta mucho el cine, el teatro y la música. Los viernes por la noche cenamos pizza y bailamos en la discoteca.

Todos los sábados visito a mi familia en Medellin.

El domingo por la tarde regreso a a mi casa y, si hace sol, salgo con mi perro a dar un paseo. ¡Me encantan los animales!
