I recently quit coffee and it was one of the hardest things I have ever done. For one month I was lethargic and would get occassional headaches. The upside was sleeping very deeply. I learnt how powerful caffeine is from this experience.

Nice. There are now so many types of coffee as well as teas. In the specialty coffee shops here, we have over two hundred types of coffee from many countries. Similarly at a well-known tea lounge, there are again over one hundred types of tea excluding the Chinese tea shops!!

I can't say which I prefer as it is my organism that dictates what it is willing to have at the moment, i just listen to it)): and sometimes it asks for green tea as well😀
