我们一般问“你会说英语吗” “是的，我会说英语。”
你们会说英语吗？是的，我们会说英语。
Please pay attention usually the subject is singular to singular and plural to plural.
Your pronunciation is quite good. But please pay attention to 会, it is forth tone.

如果回答成“是的，我会说”会更好，这就和英语的 “Yes, I can” 一样。
Same as English, it's better to say ‘Yes（是的）‘ or ’No（不）’ before you answer.
