hi, the Cambridge English Institute has a very good one... I always use for my students:

I think there's a site called " www.testden.com "

There you can test yourself if you would like to pass the IELTS of TOEFL exam

I have never tried it but I heard about this site before

On ITALKI you can purchase for 10 dollar the connection to the Oxford Online Placement Test. It takes about 45 minutes to go through. You need Flash Player on your PC!
