I finished the hardest of my English assignments. They assigned the task to put away all the files of the year to us. I'm feeling decouraged sometimes, but I continue practicing English daily. I'm often ahead of time, and I think it is not respectful to be always late. It's true that I'm not very tidy, but I'm often doing housework. Thanks for your corrections :)

The rumor spread in the whole city. (Or, word spread in the whole city)

She performed her duties whereas he neglected his.

I can't speak with you now, I'm on duty. I'm calling you tonight when I'm off-duty. (It would sound better if you write, "I'll call you tonight")

I finished the hardest of my English assignments.

They assigned us the task to put away all the files of the year to us.

I feel discouraged sometimes, but I continue practising English daily.

I'm often ahead of time, and I think it is not respectful to be always late.

It's true that I'm not very tidy, but I often do housework (Maybe you meant to say, "..., but I do housework quite often". There is a difference between "but I often do housework", and "but I do housework quite often").
