How can improve my oral english greatly and fastly?
How can I fastly and greatly improve my oral English? especially slangs like the ones shown on TV series? Sometimes I find it hard to understand English slangs etc even I know the word but I don't get the meaning. How can I improve?

I don't think it is a good idea to concentrate on learning slang. It varies too much between regions, and even amongst age groups.
Concentrate on a standard English that can be used to communicate with the most people and you will be considered far more proficient in English.

Practice makes perfect. And use the language in daily occurrences so that you can eventually get used to it.
