I advise that you look specifically for people who want to learn Arabic. For example you sent me a message but I am not learning Arabic so it would not be a good use of my time to exchange with people when I am not currently learning their native language. I recommend you actually read their profiles some people write what they are looking for and that will help you narrow it to people who are most likely to respond. You can search for male or female exchange partners. You will have more luck if you ask men as many women prefer to talk with other women.
