"usko jaana parta hai" is the correct sentence. While learning Urdu, applying roman format is a bit difficult, please try to learn Urdu reading & writing in a proper way.

usko jaana parta (is incomplete, you must add " hae " and your sentence will end here). " OR "usko jaana partha hain" ( should be usko jaana parta hae). You say it when someone has to go. That is out of necessity and he can't avoid to go.
