1. Lie on your back. 2. Lie on your side.

Thank you David. To lie on your back = to lie with your face up To lie on your front = to lie with your face down right?

I say "to lie on your back with your face up" or "lie with your face up" or "lie in the supine position"... the opposite is "lying face down" or "lying in the prone position"
