I have told is better !
This sentence expresses the seventh tens of grammer ! ( Present perfect )
The formula of this ten : "has/have + past participle"
This ten shows the experience .
Examples : I have lived in Tabriz since 1995 .
You have seen that movie many times .
They have been to France three times .
