I think the best ways to learn foreign languages is listening to their music, watching movies and actually the best one is reading books,

reading books, listening music, watching films are really useful but the most important thing that I think extremely can speed up your learning is to be on touch with an honest native speaker who seriously care and devoting time to you.

emm Persian is a little bit different with whatever language that you may learned before. For example, today you cannot find a native Persian speaker to use Simple Present tense as it is used in English or other languages like German. So, what I like to suggest you is to continue what you are currently doing! Just find a Persian native speaker and try to start from basic sentences to learn, after a while go through grammatical structures and try to learn more in depth. And of course as Parvin said, in your next stage of your learning you can listen to music or watch videos. Best of luck
