A line in Smurfs cartoon
So I was watching Smurfs cartoon and there's a line that says "That fido foaming has flipped it's fur". What does this mean? And also in the film why do smurfs keep saying the term "sense-a-something". Like "sense-a-crown", "sense-a-flop",...
Thanks in advance

"That fido foaming has flipped it's fur." This is a strange sentence and I'm not positive about its meaning, but it sounds like it could be referring to a dog that is going crazy. "Fido" = dog, "flipped" = freaked out or gone crazy. I'm not sure why "foaming" is in the sentence.
The other phrases sound nonsensical. I will point out that the Smurfs use a lot of strange language that we would never actually say in English, so it may be confusing for you if you're using it to learn.

Could you double-check the words? They make no sense to me. But then again, I'm no Smurf expert.
